Yes. A lot is within reach and doable . An analogy being -one cannot make everyone on the planet happy . But you can brighten up someone’s day or life by reaching out.

If canteens , hotels start to do use kitchen water for gardening the water savings will multiply. Interior designers , builders can design kitchens in a way that facilitates saving the kitchen water and putting it to alternative use.

Water used to wash vegetables , rice , dal etc can be stored in a bucket / watering can. This water can be used to tend to home gardens. This change on an average will reduce the otherwise fresh water needed to water plants by 3-4 liters daily . Multiply this over millions of households. That’s millions of liters of water that would otherwise be poured down the drain.

this is so imp and such a simple tip. only things needed is to do it..
