TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a Product or a Service on and subject to the following terms of
sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary
according to availability. In order to purchase Products and/or the Services you must be over 18 years of age and
possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right, in our sole
discretion, to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to
us are true, accurate and complete, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your
order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of Products and Services may
fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to changes at any time.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details
of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, only a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be done on receipt of the payment confirmation from
your credit/debit card provider / bank to our nominated payment gateway (in case on online payments).
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain
authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of
stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility
criteria set-out within the terms of sale.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time
at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any
merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any
materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing
has begun.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB cards, online bank
transfers and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. You confirm that the
credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the
credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by
the card issuer.
If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to Clean Planet, we
will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must
cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit/debit card, we will not charge you for the item or
shipping charges. If the payment for the out-of-stock item was made it will be refunded to you.
We take reasonable care to make our site is secure. All credit/debit card
transactions are processed on a secure online payment gateway CC Avenue that encrypts your card details in a secure
host environment. We do not store your credit / debit card details on our website or servers.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Clean
Planet uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to
keep the details of your order and payment secure. We cannot however be held liable for any loss you may suffer if
a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
Your purchases made on cleanplanet.in will reflect in your credit/debit card
statements as "SoulQuest Lifestyle Pvt Ltd"
SHIPPING
Orders will normally be shipped within 5 working days of payment confirmation. The
transit time for delivery will depend on the destination. Please note that we are unable give Guarantees for
Delivery Date as we have no control over extenuating circumstances that may impact delivery after we have shipped.
Tracking Report of the concerned courier company will be conclusive proof of delivery.
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete
address supplied by the customer.
If the parcel received was in a damaged condition please let us know immediately via email at customercare@cleanplanet.in. Please also mention about the parcel
being damaged in the courier AWB while signing.
Return of Products Purchased from Clean Planet
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can
return the unused product within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at customercare@cleanplanet.in
to share your feedback. We will contact you via email or phone to discuss and confirm return of the product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Please inform Clean Planet via email prior to dispatching any product
- Returned products require confirmation by way of signature from Clean Planet to confirm receipt since
ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time.
- Kindly ensure that you return the product in its original condition. Damaged products would not qualify
for replacement / refund.
- Once we have received the product intact we will inform about the refund or replacement.
Return in case of quality problem
or incorrect product delivery
We take considerable efforts to ensure delivery of quality products. In the rare
event of a quality problem
or incorrect item being delivered please let us know immediately on receipt of your parcel by writing to us at customercare@cleanplanet.in
Any quality complaint must be informed within 3 days of the receipt of the package.
On our confirmation please return the product to us. We will exchange the Product / offer alternatives if preferred
(and available) or issue a full refund on receipt of the Product in such condition.
Refunds would be processed as online payments or cheque payments. Exchange of product will depend on the
availability of the alternative product selected.
No Commercial Use
This site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from,

of a Product or any portion thereof, or from otherwise performing this or any part of the Services by reason of,
act(s) of God, war, terrorism, embargo, riot(s), strike(s), lock-out(s), trade dispute(s), fire(s), break-down,
inclement weather, interruption of transport, government action, delay in delivery to Clean Planet of any goods or
materials or by any cause whatsoever (whether or not of like nature to those specified above) outside Clean
Planet's control ("force majeure"), Clean Planet shall not be under any liability or responsibility whatsoever.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the internal laws of
India and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Indian courts.
